Average Temperatures and Sun Hours

                The " Marina Baixa" is well known and loved by it´s  unique "Mediterranean Sea Micro Climate".  Both organisations, the Meteorological Office of Spain and the World´s Weather-bureau, can assure you , that there are only 3 places in the  World where you can find this unique Climate. 

                The Country Residence  " La Perla Blanca" is situated in the centre of the famous  "Marina Baixa" - Costa Blanca area.  It is located at the feet of the mountainrange "Aitana" with it´s   impressive mount "Puig Campana" 

                This mountainrange  "Aitana" forms the geological border (barrière) arround the area of Benidorm ( area :  Marina Baixa) and protects us from cold wind of the North. That´s the main reason why we´ve got here soft and pleased temperatures WHOLE YEAR LONG. 

                SUMMER UP TILL 40º but allways a nice breeze.  Reumatism doesn´t get a chance!  The most healthiest climate in Europe.  Seawather of 28º.  Swimmingpoolwater of 32º! But... you´d better come and feel it yourself.

Much cooler, it can not be, most of the times a bit warmer.  So... nice weather.  Concerning temperatures you will be spoiled in winter.  Can you imagine you take dinner outsite in december?  Can you inmagine we take here in La Perla Blanca a little sunbath in winter?  Short sleaves and trousers? Nice... isn´t it?
