When the night falls you´ll see all the litlle lights of the little villages arround : Altea, La Nucía, Polop, Callosa, Albir and the urbanisations of the residents foreigners.  Almost every week Spanish people  let off the  spectacular Fireworks,  which you can observe from “LA PERLA BLANCA” itself.

The most important part of Country Residence  “LA PERLA BLANCA” is a flat platform of about  5000 m2; which hangs agains the hill. This part of La Perla Blanca is completely fenced by walls and is provide with a large drive of about 200 m. long.  There´s the electric maingate to come in the important part of La Perla Blanca.  

Country Residence “LA PERLA BLANCA” is not a country cottage!  Oh no.   It´s a real big brandnew villa and a beautifull completely renovated farmhouse. The young fresh garden has about a 120 palmtrees, and a 1.500 other plants, like 100 m. flowers-beds, tropical and european plants,m hedges of oleanders, bushes, shrubs a brandnew birthplace, some statues, flower-fontains, big swimmingpool with salt soft water by the livingroom, 2 eight-formed pavilions, covered shadowterraces with fixed barbique, lots of other open and covered terraces arround the houses and in the garden. And of course the 5 carportplaces and open parkingplace

Country Residence  “LA PERLA BLANCA” is situated in an een oase of peace . You´ll wake up in the morning with the songs of the birds. In the evening you will close your eyes with (if you are a little bit lucky) the enormous fireworks. Almost each room has airconditionning.  

 Luxuary Country Residence  “LA PERLA BLANCA” is THE place where you can stay with maximum 20 persons to relax and enjoy life.  If you enter in “LA PERLA BLANCA”, you´LL leave the rest of the World behind.    

 Good to know is that in the neighbourhood of  “LA PERLA BLANCA” there are numerous activities, trips, sports, festivals and cultural evenments to enjoy.  One of the most beautiful trip you have to make is : The waterfalls and cascades of ALGAR. Take a bathing suite and bad sheets with you because yoy can swim or bathing in the cascade.  Be careful : slippery.  Only driving 1/4 hours and your there. Also close by the Country Residence  “LA PERLA BLANCA” you´ll find the brandnew famous TERRA MITICA themapark Do not forget to visite AGUALANDIA.  Take your bathing suit and bath sheets with you and you´ll have fun during a complete day.   "Agualandia" and the themapark “Terra Mitica” : It is worth while!  

Also worth seeing is GUADALEST, a middelage (the 12th Centery) with a very beautiful blue lake at the foot of the rock Guadalest. 
  
This little well kept and good maintanced village has a lot of little shops where you can by handmade presents, honey from the local bees, typical spannish regional products like oil of olive and nisperos.  Guadalest is know for idyllic proposal of marriage and even for the marriage-ceremoney. All these trips are arround  the Country Residence  “LA PERLA BLANCA” at less than 20 km. driving and all this trips/excursions and parks are very good reacable from La Perla Blanca. And what about a lovely nature trip by scooter, scuat or bike?
